Market Harborough appoints head of strategic planning Mortgage Finance Gazette

Market Harborough Building Society has appointed Andy Taylor as its head of strategic planning and customer proposition.

Taylor’s role has been created to support the society’s growth plans in the specialist market.

In his new role, Taylor will lead the mortgage and savings product and proposition teams.

He has been tasked with identifying opportunities in the market and developing new products and initiatives that meet customer needs.

Taylor joins from Nottingham Building Society and has experience in senior propositions, analytics and research roles.

Market Harborough Building Society chief executive Iain Kirkpatrick says: “Andy has a proven track record of using data and analytics to inform actionable strategies for product and proposition development. His skills and expertise will be a welcome addition to our team as we continue to innovate and grow whilst keeping brokers and customers central to our plans.”
