Ocean Inlet Park

Ocean Inlet Park is a beautiful oceanfront park in Boynton Beach, Florida. With over 600 feet of beach frontage in its 11.39 acres, the park is a quaint yet ample place for adventure and fun. Known for its snorkeling, Ocean Inlet Park is home to thousands of species of marine wildlife from reef fish, turtles, dolphins, crustaceans, birds and more.

The park has received rave reviews from local families and residents saying that the park offers plenty of shaded tables for picnics, clean restrooms, clean beaches, a marina, day slip, playgrounds and showers. Guests van enjoy 24-hour parking access for both the recreational area and the fishing area. There will be no fishing or surfing allowed in the guarded swimming area which creates safe and fun environments for everyone at the beach.

You will be immersed in the gorgeous surroundings that make south Florida so special when you spend a day at Ocean Inlet Park. Phil Foster Park

Adventure, learning and exploring await you at the Singer Island Outdoor Center at Phil Foster Park in Singer Island. Kayaking, paddleboarding, exploring, and snorkeling are just some of the things you will get to do when you visit the Singer Island Outdoor Center.

The employees at the Park Concession are experts on adventure and take great pride in making sure each guest gets the most out of their experience at the Singer Island Outdoor Center. The park promises, “If it’s your first time, we pride ourselves in making sure everyone gets a good overview on paddling technique, safety instructions, and a trip plan so that you can explore the area with confidence and ease, no matter your experience level.” The Park Concession on Singer Island is the starting point of the park and where you will most likely begin your exploration. From there you can paddleboard or kayak to Peanut Island and the Lake Worth Lagoon to experience places of south Florida you can only reach by water.

If kayaking and paddle boarding are not your best skill don’t worry! You can choose a different mode of travel or you can sign up for lessons on paddle boarding or kayaking. One of the things that makes The Singer Island Outdoor Center so special is its snorkeling. Experience a life-changing day of snorkeling at the Singer Island Outdoor Center. Swim next to sea turtles, stingrays, starfish, manatees and a rainbow of tropical fish. The guided snorkeling tours are perfect for adventurers of any age, kids to adults.

Atlantic Dunes Park

To soak up the perfect, south Florida day of sun at the beach you must do it at Atlantic Dunes Park. Nestled atop a natural wooded dune, this beautiful, beachfront park is located just a block north of Linton Boulevard in Delray Beach.

The park is perfect for people of all ages and for all interests. It is patrolled by the Ocean Rescue Division and is staffed with a lifeguard on duty. A winding boardwalk provides an ideal outlook so you can watch the sun rise or set over the ocean. Atlantic Dunes Park also features nature trails, a pavilion, picnic tables, public restrooms and metered parking. Lifeguards at Atlantic Dunes Park are on duty from 9am until 5pm each day.

Jupiter River Center Public Tour and Fish Feeding

The Jupiter River Center is a fun destination for locals or tourists. The River Center offers its guests amazing facilities with live aquatic tanks, interactive exhibits, and a touch tank that represents the ecosystem of the Loxahatchee River, from freshwater cypress swamps to sea grass estuaries to marine bionetworks.

“The center provides a fun, educational opportunity for school children, adults, visitors, and long-time residents to learn about Florida’s first National Wild and Scenic River.” And their mission “is to foster a sense of environmental stewardship for the Loxahatchee River’s diverse watershed with quality education programs, exhibits and meaningful events.”

Every Saturday from 2pm-3pm the Jupiter River Center staff hosts a tour through the facility with an interactive and unique touch tank exhibit, as well as to view a live feeding of the resident animals. All ages are welcomed and no RSVP is required. Admission is free to the public but donations are greatly appreciated and help the staff and animals at the River Center.
