Earlier this week, the National Association of Realtors published a report that showed a shift occurring within the real estate market. In short, they believe the market has become more buyer-friendly over the past year, and that it might continue going forward. Here in the state of Washington, some cities could move toward "buyer's market" territory later this year and into 2025.
