Harrison has worked at Evolution for several years, previously leading the firm’s vulnerability strategy.

Prior to Evolution, Harrison served as a human resources director for Baines and Ernst.

She also helped with the implementation and rollout of the Senior Manager and Certification Regime (SMCR).

In her new role, Harrison will report directly to chief executive Steve Brilus and has been tasked with developing the company’s ESG credentials. 

Commenting on her appointment, Brilus says: “At Evolution, we recognise the importance of ESG within the business, and the wider financial services industry, and therefore it makes absolute sense to appoint Sue [Harrison] who will proactively work on, and guide us, through our ESG strategy.”
