NatWest Intermediary Solutions has launched a new broker portal which it says makes it “easier to submit and track cases”.

The high street bank’s adviser-only unit says the new platform has a more intuitive design, smaller question sets, and offers decision-in-principle certificates, which save time.

The new portal also allows brokers and administrators to register European standardised information sheets and full mortgage applications.

It also handles document uploads and has “improved case tracking functions”.

Brokers will be sent an email with a link and instructions on how to access the new platform, which replaces the old portal.

The lender says the new system “improves the user experience, making things faster, more secure and more reliable”.

It warns that its existing portal will be available to upload supporting documentation until 14 December.
