Halifax is increasing rates by up to 21 basis points on some remortgage deals on Saturday, while trimming others by smaller amounts.
The lender has emailed brokers to warn them that they have until 8pm tomorrow to secure current rates for their clients.
The following deals are among those with the the highest increases:
- 75% LTV two-year fixed at 1.76% with no fee rising to 1.95%
- 80% LTV two-year fixed at 2.6% with no fee rising to 2.7%
- 75% LTV three-year fixed at 1.76% with no fee rising to 1.95%
- 75% LTV five-year fixed at 1.84% with no fee rising to 2.05%
Rate reductions include:
- 75% LTV two-year fixed at 1.44% with £999 fee reducing to 1.39%
- 80% LTV three-year fixed at 2.13% with £999 fee reducing to 2.07%
