Delivered via an API, it will provide intermediaries with the ability to submit Decisions in Principle (DIP) and receive a decision back through the Submissions Brain platform.
The initial launch will be with Just Mortgages, Fluent Mortgages, and several other firms with a full roll-out to all intermediaries set to follow.
The platform was previously known as Lendex, but was renamed as part of a wholescale rebranding across Mortgage Brain and its various propositions.
Halifax is the third lender since June to integrate with Submissions Brain, following the additions of Accord Mortgages and TSB, with further lenders set to join in the months ahead.
