West One has hired Olivia Burke as business development manager in the short-term division in a region that comprises London & the Home Counties.

Burke brings eight years of experience in the real estate and property finance industries with practical expertise across a wide range of business functions.

In her most recent role, Burke served as BDM at Crystal Specialist Finance, covering Central London and the South of England.

Before that she held roles at Metro Bank and Connells Group.

At West One, Burke will strengthen relationships with existing broker partners and drive new business in the region.

West One head of sales, short-term division Jez Quinn says: “I’m excited about the addition of Olivia to our already well-established bridging team in the Short-term Division. She is an enthusiastic, personable individual and I’m certain she’ll excel at establishing and developing broker relationships in and around Greater London.”

Last month, West One made three appointments within its mortgage division.
