Couchman joins from Primis where he was regional sales director.

He has previously worked at Tenet Group, Legal and General and PwC, among other companies.

Couchman’s appointment follows the launch of Stonebridge’s partner adviser recruitment team earlier this year.

In his new role, he will report to recruitment and growth director Lesley Sharkey.

Commenting on the appointment, Sharkey says: “Oliver is a fantastic addition to our team. He brings with him significant industry experience and a fantastic understanding of the process firm owners go through when deciding on which network to join and providing ongoing support through that transition.”
