Sarah Evans takes up the position of recruitment director.

In her expanded role, she will focus on bringing new firms into the Primis network and TMA Mortgage Club, while supporting existing firms to grow.

Evans previously spent eight years as head of sales at TMA.

Michele MacGregor has been promoted to head of sales at Primis. 

She previously oversaw Scotland and Northern Ireland as regional sales director and has 16 years’ experience working with brokers. 

Nicola Lyttle has been appointed regional sales director for Scotland and Northern Ireland, succeeding MacGregor. 

She has spent the past seven years working with firms across both regions and will continue to provide local, face-to-face support to brokers.

All three will report to Primis sales director Neil Hoare.
