Masthaven Bank has promoted Michaela McQueen from business readiness manager to senior lending operations manager.

McQueen will to responsible for developing the lender’s operations teams and “supporting the efficient and effective delivery of lending ” across both its short- and long-term product ranges.

She has worked at Masthaven for over six years, having started as an underwriter in late 2015 and worked her way up through the ranks since.

Masthaven director of lending and credit operations Shelley Connelly comments: “I’m excited to work with Michaela in her new role and I know she will bring a wealth of enthusiasm and practical experience to the job.”
