Hothi has worked in Atelier’s credit and portfolio team for the past two years as a senior credit manager.

In his new position, Hothi will work closely with intermediaries and property developers providing development finance solutions across residential, care and purpose-built student accommodation across the UK.

Atelier chief executive officer Chris Gardner says: “Raj is an experienced Real Estate banker with a proven track record in originating high quality development loans. He is well respected in the market, and we are looking forward to supporting him as he reestablishes himself in the broker and developer market.”
