For residential purchase only Barclays is now offering a 1.70% 2-year fixed without a product fee. It is available up to 75% LTV with a minimum loan size of £5k and a maximum loan size of £5m.

Other additions to the range are a 1.75% 5-year fixed at 75% LTV and a 1.92% Help to Buy 2-year fixed at 75% LTV. Both are product fee free.

On the buy-to-let front there is a 2.05% 5-year fixed for purchase only – £1295 product fee – available up to 75% LTV. Portfolio landlords can access a 2.11% 2-year fixed. This has a £1,795 product fee and is available up to 75% LTV.

Rates are also cut across purchase and remortgage ranges with a 2-year fix available at 1.18% for purchase and a 1.45% 5-year available for purchase and remortgage.

Other cuts have been made across the range.
