TSB withdraws deals ahead of reprice | Mortgage Strategy

TSB is withdrawing a host of residential products this evening in order to reprice.

Brokers wishing to make use of the current range of deals must submit applications by 8pm this evening.

Details of the new rates will be published on the lender’s intermediary website tomorrow.

The following residential purchase deals are being withdrawn:

  • Two-year fixed at 1.44 per cent up to 75 per cent loan-to-value
  • Five-year fixed with three-year early repayment charge at 2.04 per cent up to 60 per cent LTV
  • Five-year fixed with three-year ERC at 2.09 per cent up to 75 per cent LTV.
  • Five-year fixed with three-year ERC at 2.54 per cent up to 80 per cent LTV.
  • Five-year fixed with three-year ERC at 3.19 per cent up to 85 per cent LTV.
  • Five-year fix with standard ERC at 1.79 per cent up to 75 per cent LTV.
  • Five-year fix with standard ERC at 2.79 per cent at 85 per cent LTV.

The following residential remortgage deals are being withdrawn:

  • Two-year fix with free legals at 1.69 per cent up to 80 per cent LTV.
  • Two-year fix with £300 cashback, no free legals at 1.69 per cent up to 80 per cent LTV.

The following remortgage five-year fixed rates with three-year ERCs and a choice of either free legals or £300 cashback are also being withdrawn

  • At 1.99 per cent up to 60 per cent LTV
  • At 1.99 per cent up to 75 per cent LTV
  • At 2.14 per cent up to 80 per cent LTV
  • At 2.79 per cent up to 85 per cent LTV
