Mortgage Strategy is proud to announce the 10 mentors leading MS NextGen’s 30 Under 30 mentorship programme for the class of 2026.
MS Next Gen is a 12-month development journey, combining mentorship and skills-based learning and is designed to help shape the next generation of market influencers, innovators and leaders.
Powered by Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) and proudly sponsored by Lloyds Banking Group, Mortgage Brain, MT Finance and Pepper Money, MS Next Gen is open to individuals aged 30 or under working across all areas of the sector — from advisers, underwriters and compliance specialists to marketers, product designers and technologists.
The 10 high-profile mentors for the Class of 2026 are
Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) – Peter Brodnicki, chief executive and Gareth Herbert, distribution director
Lloyds Banking group – Andy Dean, head of housing and sustainability and Frances Cassidy, head of strategic and technology partnerships
Mortgage Brain – Neil Wyatt, sales & marketing director and Pollyanna Puddephat, head of marketing
MT Finance – Gareth Lewis, deputy CEO and Raphael Benggio, director of bridging
Pepper Money – Paul Adams, sales director and Phil Green, marketing director
