The promotions build on the career advancement programme introduced in 2024 and led by Andrea Glasgow, sales director for specialist mortgages and bridging finance.

Both Ireland and Baker were promoted to regional account manager last year.

Both played a key role during 2025 in supporting brokers through increasingly complex transactions.
