Perenna will launch a range of seven-, 10-, and 15-year fixed-rate residential home loans next week.
The longer-term lender says the loans are available exclusively through brokers from Tuesday 4 November, with rates starting at 4.89% for seven-year fixed-rate house purchases at 60% loan, with a £995 fee.
Other deals include 10-year purchase fixes at 5.90% at 95% LTV, with no fee, as well as 15-year remortgages at 5.79% at 80% LTV.
The business, which launched in the UK in 2023 and offers home loans of up to 40 years, says borrowers will not face early repayment charges if they move home or sell their home.
It adds that early repayment charges only apply if they remortgage within the fixed period, or overpay by more than 10% per year.
Perenna chief operating officer Colin Bell says: “Homebuying is widely accepted as a means of building wealth, yet with volatile interest rates and worsening inflationary pressures, homeowners are often left struggling with mounting household costs.
“Perenna’s long-term fixed-rate mortgages remove this uncertainty all while enabling borrowers to budget better.”
