Time to connect with nature and it has never been more interesting and fun than the Daggerwing Nature Center. It has so many opportunities for youngsters and their families to take advantage of being outside.  Daggerwing is located within Burt Aaronson South County Regional Park, 11435 Park Access Road in West Boca Raton. 

Located in the South County Regional Park in Boca Raton, the Daggerwing Nature Center is a unique institution that promotes the beauty of nature. With facilities like an exhibit hall, meeting room and laboratory, this center has animal exhibits as well as informational exhibits. It also has an elevated boardwalk that takes visitors through the park. 

Daggerwing presents a 3,000-square-foot exhibit hall with live animals, butterfly garden, and an art gallery. Outdoors, the nature center, offers a raised boardwalk with two trails. Take a breather on your walk at the safe observation tower and you might see turtles or an alligator. You are sure to catch a glimpse of as ospreys, woodpeckers, and butterflies, including the nature centers namesake, Ruddy Daggerwing butterfly.
