Foundation and Kensington are the latest lenders to raise prices.
The specialist lenders’ changes follow hikes of up to 30 basis points by Barclays, which took effect today.
It comes as the average two-year fixed rate edged up to 5.93%, the highest point for more than two years, according to Moneyfacts.
The average five-year fixed rose to 5.94%, which is the highest level since October 2023 in the aftermath of the Liz Truss mini-Budget.
Foundation has raised prices across its product transfer range today following previous increases to new customer deals.
The lender’s steepest hikes are on residential transfer rates which have risen by up to 40bps.
Buy-to-let product transfer rates have gone up by up to 15bps with F1 rates now starting from 6.64% and a £995 fee.
Its F2 houses in multiple occupation (HMO) two-year fixed product transfer at 75% LTV has increased by 5bps to 7.09%, with a £995 fee
Kensington says it will be putting prices up across its residential and buy-to-let ranges at close of business today, but does not reveal the scale of increases.
