Roe will be the primary point of contact for appointed representatives within her allocated area, managing the training and competence programme and ensuring compliance with both company and regulatory procedures.

Her role at TRM will also include identifying business risks, supporting advisers in meeting regulatory requirements, conducting audits and reviews, coaching and monitoring individuals and assisting with technical queries and escalations arising from file reviews.

Roe has more than 25 years’ experience in financial services compliance and advice, most recently as regional compliance manager at HL Partnership, where she supported advisers across mortgages, equity release and protection, delivered training, conducted firm audits and risk reviews.

Prior to this, she spent more than 15 years at Mortgage Select (SW) in a combined compliance manager and adviser role.
