Mortgage Magic launches telephone service for brokers | Mortgage Strategy

Mortgage Magic has launched new telephone services that enable brokers to make calls through the platform, record calls and generate reports.

The new functionality will allow users to monitor and save call recordings for training and compliance. 

The platform can also generate reports on telephone activity which can be used for management information and performance tracking.

Mortgage Magic director Tanjir Sugar says: “Telephone monitoring and reporting continues to be an important consideration for brokers and this new functionality will provide a simple solution to all their requirements – delivering even greater value to Mortgage Magic users.”

Last month, Mortgage Magic announced it would offer brokers an off-the-shelf website and social media solutionoff-the-shelf website and social media solution for brokers. 

Named the Digital Package and designed by former brokers and people in the technology sector, the offering can work alongside the firm’s existing back office solution, Prometheus, which was also launched in August.
