L&C has added specialist buy-to-let lender Quantum Mortgages to its panel. Brokers at L&C Mortgages will now have access to Quantum’s full product range.
For single-unit flats or houses it will lend up to 80% LTV and offers refinance bridging loans with a day one remortgage.
For multi-unit freehold blocks, houses in multiple occupation with up to six bedrooms and holiday lets, its maximum LTV is 75%.
Quantum’s specialist range covers property types that can be difficult for landlords to mortgage, including semi-commercial premises, ex-local authority flats up to 12 storeys high and small studios, all with no maximum age for the borrower.
The lender will go up to 75% LTV for borrowers living abroad who do not have UK residency, so long as they own at least one other investment property.
It also has an even more specialist range called QML Pro for properties and circumstances that do not fit the standard Quantum Mortgages criteria.
