Barclays is increasing rates for the second time this week, meaning some deals will have seen a total increase of 40 basis points since Monday.
The lender raised prices on 85 deals by as much as 30bps on Tuesday and tomorrow it is hiking prices on 62 products.
Some of tomorrow’s increases are on deals that were not part of Tuesday’s reprice, but 46 products are going up for a second time.
A two-year fixed for purchase at 60% LTV with an £899 fee has risen by a cumulative 40bps, from 4.75% to 5.15% this week.
A large-loan five-year fixed for purchase and remortgage at 75% LTV with a £1,999 fee has increased by 35bps overall, from 5.10% to 5.45%.
Further large loan deals have also gone up by a cumulative 35bps.
A five-year fixed remortgage product at 60% LTV with a £999 fee has increased by 30bps, from 5.02% to 5.32% since the start of the week.
A Premier five-year fixed remortgage product at 60% LTV with a £999 fee has risen by 30bps, from 4.99% to 5.29%.
A Premier two-year fixed remortgage product at 60% LTV with a £999 fee has increased by 30bps, from 4.91% to 5.21%.
A standard two-year fixed remortgage product at 60% LTV with a £999 fee has risen by 30bps, from 4.94% to 5.24%.
