
TAB has appointed of Michael Grant as head of sales.
With over 20 years of experience in financial services, Grant brings experience in performance and leadership.
He joins from West One Loans where he worked for almost 11 years, most recently as head of sales for bridging and development.
In his new role, Grant will lead the sales function with a focus on accelerating growth, refining sales strategy, and strengthening client relationships.
TAB chief executive Duncan Kreeger says: “TAB has always been built on capability, integrity, and pace. Michael embodies all three of these qualities.”

Last month, TAB relaunched its mortgage and bridging products with rates starting from 3.50% above the Bank of England base rate for TAB Mortgage and from 4.50% for TAB Bridge.
