MT Finance Group has appointed Gareth Lewis as deputy chief executive officer.

Lewis, who was previously managing director, will take on greater responsibilities with oversight over the entire group.

Having joined the lender in 2018, Lewis helped drive product development including the launch of the regulated bridging and buy-to-let and commercial divisions within the group.

Commenting on his appointed Lewis said: “I am honoured to have been promoted to deputy chief executive officer. I am extremely proud of everything we have achieved over the past eight years and am grateful to be able to work with such a dedicated team. I am looking forward to leading MT Finance on our growth journey in the months and years ahead.”
