Its exclusive remortgage deal is at 80% LTV at a five-year fixed rate, with a £1,499 fee, which comes with £1,000 cashback plus a free valuation, at 4.39%.  

The lender has also introduced an 85% LTV fixed rate fee-savers offer, starting from 4.89%.  

Highlights of its reductions for new customers include:  

• Selected 75% to 90% LTV fixed rates have been reduced by up to 37 basis points, starting from 4.34%
• £1m-plus 65% to 85% LTV fixed rates have been cut by up to 45bps, starting from 4.54%
• And BTL 60% to 75% LTV fixed rates are down by up to 35bps, starting from 5.04%

 Highlights of product transfer cuts include:  

• 65% to 95% LTV fixed rates, with a £499 fee, reduced by up to 45bps, starting from 4.19%

• £1m-plus 65% to 85% LTV fixed rates have been cut by up to 45bps, starting from 4.54%
• And BTL 60% to 75% LTV fixed rates are down by up to 35bps, starting from 5.04%

The bank adds that its new rates have been updated on all sourcing systems and its online application system, while the firm’s mortgage illustrator will be updated this afternoon.
