Mortgage platform Smartr365 has launched a workflow software tool aimed at home loan advisers and firms.

The business says its SmartrFlow software allows firms to build their own workflows, which will integrate with the platform’s existing case management, automation, and compliance systems.

It adds that the new tool allows firms to build custom workflows for residential, or buy-to-let, cases and also encourages consistency across internal teams.

Smartr365 chief executive Conor Murphy says: “We’re not telling firms how to sell. We’re giving them the tools to automate their way of working—whatever that looks like.”

Last week, Smartr365 said it had completed the automation of NatWest personal mortgage journeys, which the firms said would “streamline” working practices for brokers.

The customer relationship management software firm said it had fully automated decisions in principle and full mortgage applications across all of the high street lender’s personal mortgage journeys.
