Buy-to-let lender Paragon Bank has restructured its sales team, promoting Holly Morrison to be one of the bank’s national account managers.

Morrison (pictured below) was a regional sales manager with Paragon. This promotion will see her work closely with Sally Wright, also a national sales manager to strengthen Paragon’s relationships with mortgage networks and clubs.

This change will see two of Morrison’s team members, Andy Rudkin and Sam Debenham, who cover the South West and East of England respectively, take on senior business development manager roles.

Both will continue to look after their respective areas, but will also assist the rest of the sales team, helping with more complex cases.

Paragon’s commercial director for mortgages Louisa Sedgwick says: “It’s important to have strong leadership across the business so we’re promoting our existing employees, and giving our team the opportunity to support their colleagues and in turn benefit from mentoring, training and exposure to new experiences.

“This will form part of their individual personal development plans which we’re putting in place to nurture knowledge and skills and provide clear career progression.”
