Virgin Money is increasing rates on its residential mortgage range from 8pm this evening (20 February).
Rates on the lender’s exclusive remortgage range will increase by up to 0.25%.
The rate on the 75% loan-to-value (LTV) three-year fixed rate fee-saver will rise by 0.25% to 4.59%.
The rates on the 65% and 75% LTV two-year fixed rate fee-saver will increase by 0.20% to 4.79% and 4.89% respectively.
Meanwhile, the rate will go up by 0.11% on the 75% LTV two-year fixed rate with a fee of £995 to 4.59%.
Earlier this month, Virgin Money relaunched its 95% LTV products.
The lender also announced a range of exclusive rates and new deals, available from 3.95%.
