
Market Financial Solutions has reduced rates across both its bridging and Bridge Fusion ranges.
Standard Bridge Fusion rates will now start from 4.79% + BBR for residential properties, down from 4.99% + BBR.
Residential single loans will now start at 0.75% and large residential, semi-commercial, and commercial loans will start at 0.85%.
The specialist lender’s Bridge Fusion products are a hybrid of a bridging loan and a longer-term buy-to-let (BTL) mortgage.
Introduced in June 2024, the product allows a longer term of 24-36 months, providing increased certainty on loans of up to £20m for residential, semi-commercial and commercial properties.
Market Financial Solutions chief executive Paresh Raja commented: “With the Spring Statement behind us and the new Stamp Duty thresholds in place, the market is ready to get back to business as usual. As a result, it felt like the ideal time to cut rates and help to maintain the positive momentum that has been building so far this year.”
