Paradigm member firms will be able to refer and introduce clients to Positive Lending to access its specialist lending and finance products.

These include second-charge mortgages, bridging, commercial and semi-commercial mortgages, development finance, equity release and RIO mortgages, specialist residential mortgages, complex buy-to-let mortgages, and adverse and credit-impaired mortgages.

As part of the new partnership, Paradigm will share its packager-only exclusives and restricted products with introducing member firms.
