Bank of Ireland for Intermediaries has launched a partnership with coaching service UK Business Mentoring to help brokers tackle broad issues around growing a business.
The lender says the programme “extends beyond traditional brokering” to cover a range of content and activities designed to boost the business skills of intermediaries.
The mentoring programme will include a mix of face-to-face and virtual events, including:
-
Workshops on core business management skills
-
Insight sessions led by experienced mentors
-
Podcasts that offer practical advice
-
One-to-one mentoring
The lender says the “sessions are designed not only to help individuals develop as leaders but also to deliver tangible benefits to their businesses”.
The bank will contact the brokers it works with over the coming weeks, with the programme due to begin next month.
Bank of Ireland for Intermediaries head of mortgage sales & business development Alan Longhorn says: “We’re committed to helping our partners thrive in a rapidly evolving landscape and our partnership with UK Business Mentoring is about equipping intermediaries with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to help them grow and succeed.
“This programme will also provide tangible development to support businesses in an ever-changing landscape, providing opportunities for people to put their future business leaders forward for growth and development within our fantastic industry.”
