Altura Mortgage Finance has appointed Francois Taljaard and Guy Nyirenda to its management team.

Taljaard is operation director at the company, having joined  Altura last year. In this role he is responsible for operations and finance, as well as recruitment of advisers and appointed representatives (ARs). He has already been instrumental in attracting a number of advisers and ARs to the business, and has plans to recruit further advisers and businesses.

Nyirenda is joining the business as head of commercial & specialist lending with the remit to launch and develop a specialist lending proposition for Altura. 

He will working closely with Taljaard, in a bid to attract specialist lenders to Altura’s panel, develop a network of professional introducers and grow a team of advisers to rapidly become a significant player in this sector.

Altura managing director, Rob Gill said that the experience of the two will be invaluable in building the processes and infrastructure required for ambitious, sustainable growth.
