Intermediary platform Acre has chosen Iress as its new partner for protection sourcing.

This marks Acre’s third platform integration into Iress and will be available to all users from 1 August.

Since launching to customers in 2020, Acre’s mortgage sourcing proposition has been powered by Iress’s mortgage data. In 2021, Acre extended its partnership with Iress further by integrating Lender Connect, Iress’s platform for lender applications.

Iress head of business development Warren O’Connell says: “This latest integration is another step towards our shared goal of helping brokers to run the whole mortgage and protection journey in one place – securing the right deals and cover for customers with confidence and without the need for rekeying.”

Acre chief executive and founder Justus Brown adds: “We have always been driven to build an impactful platform that improves brokers’ ways of working and adds value and breadth to the service they offer. ”

“To systematically change the mortgage journey, it is imperative we work with other like-minded innovators in the ecosystem. This is why we continue to expand our relationship with Iress.”
