As part of CA, Coadjute will be taking part in the CA events throughout 2022, including appearing at the 2022 annual conference and dinner later in the year.

Coadjute enables existing software used by conveyancers, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and lenders to become interoperable, with the aim of improving security and transparency for all parties.

The network also aims to allow conveyancers to focus more time on attracting new business by reducing administrative challenges through an efficient and secure network, as well as minimising data and documents.

Coadjute partner lead for conveyancing Cécile Papin explains that Coadjute is currently rolling out to UK estate agents, conveyancers and brokers and by joining the CA, Coadjute can accelerate this process to produce “tangible benefits across the profession.”

CA non-executive chair Nicky Heathcote comments: “All our affiliate members play a very important role in the Association and offer a great deal of insight and resource particularly in terms of helping us drive our workstreams and objectives.

“By joining the CA, Coadjute can also increase its profile, while placing itself at the heart of the conveyancing world, meeting and networking with the leading figures in our industry. I have no doubt that Coadjute will add a great deal to the Association in the months and years ahead.”
