Master broker CSC Loans is to close its doors after 22 years in business.

Founder and managing director of the second charge specialist Mark Fry shared the news on LinkedIn, stating that he plans to take some time out after 43 years of working.

He thanked brokers, lenders and all staff at the master broker and said it is “great to see the second charge market steaming forward.”

Fry added that a memorable moment from his time at CSC Loans was securing the Best Secured Loan Broker title “three years on the bounce” at the Mortgage Strategy Awards.
