Wendy has been renting on the east side for many years. She has loved her time in her apartment, but her rent has increased dramatically, to the the point where it no longer makes sense for her to stay. 

This spring, Wendy interviewed several realtors, and she hired Shelley as the agent to help her buy her first home. We're happy to report that Wendy just secured an accepted offer on her very own westside condo, one that meets all of her most important needs, including plenty of space for her quilting projects. Even better, Wendy's new condo is just a short drive away from her daughter and grandchildren. The whole family is excited for Wendy's big move!
