Mutual society Saffron Building Society has been serving the local community in Essex, Hertfordshire and Sussex since 1849. It provides a range of residential and buy-to-let (BTL) products, including a special situation range.

Melton Building Society, founded in 1875, serves over 40,000 members in the Leicestershire, Rutland and Lincolnshire with mortgage, insurance and savings services.

Cumberland head of intermediary lending David Robinson, Saffron head of mortgage sales Tony Hall and Melton head of intermediaries Dan Atkinson have been appointed Imla representatives.
