The One Savings Bank Group has made changes to it’s senior management.

Group sales director Adrian Moloney has been promoted to group intermediary director bringing the Precise Mortgages, Kent Reliance for Intermediaries and InterBay Commercial brands together under a single intermediary sales leadership.

Meanwhile, Roger Morris has been appointed to a newly created role as group lending engagement director, where the brand says he will identify and provide key engagement opportunities with intermediaries and sponsor the delivery against these expectations.

Moloney and Morris will continue to report into Jon Hall, group managing director, mortgages says: “To maintain OSB’s leading position in the competitive specialist lending market, it’s crucial that we have a dedicated focus on coordinated sales management whilst continuously improving the experience of the group’s intermediaries.

“As we enter 2022, I’m really excited by the potential of our team to deliver an even more valued lending service for both intermediaries and our borrowers.’’

Hall joined OSB Group as managing director in November 2021, following the retirement of Alan Cleary.
