Loans Warehouse appointed Tracey Thomas as senior relationship manager for network and clubs.

Thomas joins following five years at Target Group, where she most recently held the position of growth specialist.

Bringing experience in relationship management, business development and intermediary engagement, she will play a key role in expanding Loans Warehouse’s presence across networks and clubs.

In her new role, Thomas will lead the continued growth and development of Loans Warehouse’s network and club partnerships, including key relationships with Legal & General Mortgage Club, Rosemount Financial Solutions, CFBUK and Fiducia Network.

She will also focus on identifying and onboarding new distribution opportunities, with several significant partnership announcements expected in the coming months.

Working closely alongside co-founder and director Matt Tristram, Thomas will promote Loans Warehouse solutions across second charge mortgages, bridging finance and development finance.
