Gen H has announced the appointments of Jess Bateson and Olivia Sturla to its growth function, which encompasses its sales and marketing teams.
Bateson takes up the head of growth role for the next year while Leanne Sarjant takes maternity leave.
Sturla joins the team as a dedicated broker specialist to support the business development team.
Bateson joins Gen H from fintech mortgage brokerage Koodoo, where she served as commercial and operations director.
Sturla previously worked as a consultant and mortgage advisor for Hamptons, Capital Private Finance, and Alexander Hall.
Gen H became an intermediary-only lender in early 2024.
Commenting on the appointments Sarjant said: “As I step away from the business for a year, I couldn’t be more delighted to welcome Jess and Olivia into our ranks. I am confident in our team’s ability to continue delivering best-in-class service, whether a broker has used us before or they’re just trying us out.”
