CWDL, an accounting and consulting firm specializing in mortgage banking and educational industries, has appointed Susan Volpe and Dustin Pfluger as director of accounting and consulting and partner of the mortgage banking division, respectively.
Volpe joins CWDL after previously running her own accounting services business and serving as the CFO for Mortgage Equity Partners.
Pfluger brings 16 years of public accounting experience to CWDL, 11 of which have been dedicated to the mortgage industry.

Solidifi has hired Len Franco as senior vice president and national sales manager.
Franco, who has more than 30 years of industry experience, most recently served as a senior vice president of WFG commercial services division, where he was responsible for overseeing its expansion in the Northeast.
Previously, he served as a senior vice president and national sales manager for Stewart STG and Stewart Lender Services.

Verity Global Solutions said that Chetan Patel has joined the company as chief operating officer.
Patel, who has over 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry, most recently served as senior vice president of lending and servicing for Advantium Mortgage Banking Solutions.
He co-founded MortgageHub, which in 2008 was rebranded to ISGN following an investment by the technology company.
Verity Global Solutions also said that Kerry Goodman has joined the company as vice president, sales and business development.
Goodman brings over 25 years of sales experience to Verity and has held senior sales positions at LoanLogics, Interthinx (now First American) and DocMagic.

Schreiner Gates began her engagement with SimpleNexus in April 2020 when she was appointed to the board of directors.
