Aldermore has hired Jack Arnold and Matthew Gudgeon as business development managers within its commercial real estate team.

Arnold joins Aldermore after working at NatWest for almost a decade. At NatWest he held a series of progressive roles in real estate finance.

Gudgeon brings with him close to 20 years experience in financial services having held roles at HSBC, Santander, Christie Finance and most recently OakNorth Bank, where he worked as an associate in debt finance.
