It says the alliance enables mortgage originators that use its technology “to manage the mortgage lifecycle from application through to post-completion and give lenders in the UK and Ireland”.

InCol is a mortgage analytics specialist, which owns InCol Intelligence, a SaaS platform, currently live in the UK, that provides analytical, reporting, and risk management solutions for the residential mortgage sector.

Its platform integrates proprietary, third-party, and public data to offer comprehensive analytics on credit, climate, physical risk, funding, regulatory and capital management reporting as well as environmental, social, and governance factors.

MQube chief executive Stuart Cheetham says: “Our flexible mortgage origination platform can be adapted for use in other markets and we want to really showcase to other markets what it can do.

“It is already successfully used by our UK lender firm, MPowered Mortgages, and we hope that through this partnership with InCol, we will be able to extend this success with lenders across Ireland and other European markets.

“We look forward to conversations with banks, building societies and other mortgage lenders in Ireland and the rest of Europe.”

InCol director Frank Wall adds: “Our partnership with MQube offers a unique end-to-end solution for mortgage originators.”
