United Trust Bank Mortgages has announced a partnership with Next Intelligence mortgage club as the specialist lender continues to boost its UK distribution.
The club, which holds over 6,000 advisers, has over 95 lenders on its panel.
UTB says its range of specialist products includes home loans for “customers with complex incomes, those buying or remortgaging properties of non-traditional construction or in locations which are typically unacceptable to mainstream lenders, and customers with some degree of adverse credit”.
United Trust Bank sales & marketing director – mortgages Caroline Mirakian adds that, “UTB will support their [Next Intelligence] brokers with high levels of service, competitive products and slick processing, which in turn will help their customers to achieve their property aspirations”.
Next Intelligence mortgage club director Cat Armstrong points out: “Having UTB’s first-class service and specialist products available as a payment route option marks an exciting step forward and we look forward to the many benefits it will bring to our community.”
Last week, the club said it added six lenders to its panel over the first three months of the year — Bath Building Society, Greenfield Bridging, Keystone Property Finance, Leek Building Society, SDKA and Vernon Building Society.
