Property fintech OneDome has launched a broker network, which aims “to support brokers and firms at every stage of their growth”.

The group, which has bought around 20 broker firms since it was founded in 2017, says its OneDome Growth Partners network “is built around technology, growth support, and capital investment”.

The network will run a three-tier model:

  • Seed – For individual brokers looking to establish and grow their business
  • Grow – For groups of brokers with turnover over £400,000, aiming to scale efficiently
  • Scale – For larger firms with turnover over £750,000 seeking to accelerate growth

The fintech platform says the new network will cater for single brokers or a 150-broker firm — and will also offer direct investment in selected businesses.

It says the network will offer:

  • Leads and growth opportunities – Providing members, whether self-employed brokers or appointed representatives, with direct business opportunities
  • Multi-million pound marketing investment – A “significant” national marketing budget is planned for 2026 to drive consumer demand
  • HomeBuyer Service – The fintech’s platform packages and manages mortgage and conveyancing services together
  • Expansion into new broking areas – Members are offered training and support from the OneDome Academy, allowing them to diversify into commercial and other specialist fields

OneDome founder and chief executive Babek Ismayil says: The mortgage broker market is at a turning point. Brokers want more than just compliance and back-office support – they want great technology, growth, clients, and investment.

“OneDome Growth Partners is designed to meet that demand. Our vision is to build the UK’s first true technology-led broker network, where brokers of any size can plug into our ecosystem, access new opportunities, and grow their businesses faster.”

The broker firms the fintech owns include Coreco, CMME, and better.co.uk.

The platform currently works with around 120 brokers and plans to grow to 500 brokers by the end of next year.
