The lender launched its graduate scheme in 2016 in order to bring talent into the short-term finance industry and train new team members to its way of working.
Laura Kendall, marketing director at Funding 365, said: “We hugely value the enthusiasm and fresh perspectives that our carefully chosen graduates bring to Funding 365.
“With their intelligence, energy and can-do attitudes they embody our company ethos perfectly. We’re delighted to welcome Chris and Henry to the team.”
Alldridge added: “Joining the team at Funding 365 is a really exciting prospect, not least because of their exceptional reputation as a forward-thinking lender.
“I’m fortunate to have entered such a charismatic environment and look forward to helping to generate the first-rate results that our clients have come to expect from us.”
Mason said: “To say I have really enjoyed my start at Funding 365 would be an understatement. Every aspect, from learning the role I need to perform, to the people I am learning from, to the dynamic office environment, has been fantastic.
“I am really excited to continue learning and try to develop into a real asset for the Funding 365 underwriting team.”
