Taylor Rose has promoted Vicki Maflin to head of remortgage.

Maflin joined the law firm 21 years ago and has helped to modernise and grow the remortgage department, most recently as operations manager.

Over the past two decades, she has helped to scale the remortgage team to more than 100 employees.

In her new role, her focus will be expanding the portfolio of lender clients, boosting case volumes and profitability, as well as streamlining the customer journey.

Maflin will be reporting to commercial director of residential property Ruben Perin.

Taylor Rose chief executive Adrian Jaggard says: “Vicki has been instrumental in shaping the remortgaging department into the high‑performing operation it is today.

“Her experience, leadership and deep understanding of the market will be central to driving the next phase of growth as we build an even more efficient, client‑focused remortgage service.”
