Bridging lender MT Finance has appointed Rory Cleary as senior business development manager for London.

Cleary (pictured) joins from Precise Mortgages where he was BDM for almost four years and has a decade of experience in the mortgage industry including as a mortgage adviser at Barclays and HSBC.

At MT Finance, Cleary is responsible for building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with brokers.

His appointment follows that of Chris Parr as BDM for the Midlands and the North earlier this month.

Cleary says: “I am absolutely chuffed to be joining the team at MT finance.
