Keystone Property Finance has joined conveyancer LMS’ panel link and secure link services.
The move gives the specialist landlord lender access to thousands of vetted law firms through the conveyancer’s systems.
It also expands Keystone’s law firm panel, the lender says, offering more choice for borrowers, while allowing brokers to obtain quotes directly from other firms.
The lender has removed limited company panel requirements so borrowers can use any firm available through its LMS panel for limited company and personal name applications.
Keystone Property Finance managing director Elise Coole says: “Through panel link, we can further support our brokers by enabling access to a wider pool of vetted law firms who meet our criteria.
“Ultimately, our aim is to speed up the buy-to-let mortgage journey for our customers”.
